  1. Payment. Paid in full on delivery, in cash, by card or in crypto. Card payments carry a 3.8% fee. No refund after cancellation.
  2. Security deposit. None with a licence held for 2 years or more. Licence held under 2 years: AED 2,500 deposit.
  3. Smoking. No smoking inside the car: AED 2,000 fine.
  4. Fines, Salik and damage. Paid in full when the car is returned. Repairs are done only at our garage.
  5. Rims and damage. AED 1,500 to 3,000. Interior, glass, tyres and minor parts: AED 1,500 minimum.
  6. Driving. Three warnings for speeding, harsh driving or launch control. After the third, the car is immobilised.
  7. Cleanliness. Return the car clean, otherwise AED 150.
  8. Fuel. Return it with the same fuel level. Half a tank less: AED 200. Empty tank: AED 300.
  9. Late return. 2-hour grace period. After 2 hours: half a day is charged. After 5 hours: a full day. Extensions must be paid at least 1 hour before the rental ends.
  10. Mileage. 250 km per day. Each extra km: AED 10 to 45 depending on the car.
  11. Video check. On delivery, a full video of the interior and exterior is recorded and shared with you.

How much does it cost to rent?

The price depends on the car, the dates and the length of the rental. Message us on WhatsApp: price and availability are sent to you in writing within 10 minutes, before any commitment.

Is there a security deposit?

Not with a licence held for 2 years or more: nothing is held on your card. With a licence held under 2 years, an AED 2,500 deposit is required.

What is the minimum age to rent?

18 years old.

Do you deliver to the airport?

Yes: airport, hotel or any address in Dubai. For timing, message us on WhatsApp.

How does booking work?

You message us on WhatsApp with the car and your dates. We confirm availability, terms and price in writing, then we deliver.

How do I pay?

In full on delivery: cash, card (3.8% fee) or crypto. No refund after cancellation.

How many kilometres are included?

250 km per day. Beyond that, each extra km costs AED 10 to 45 depending on the car.

Who pays Salik tolls and fines?
